The Nagpur Division Central Railway has transformed a railway Coach into Haldiram’s outlet. The new Haldiram branch which is called as Haldiram Express is open now for the Passengers, as well as non-passengers and for the Nagpur people. The restaurant is located just at the main Gate of Nagpur Railway Station and is open 24 Hours. Yes, You Heard it Right! The Restaurant is open 24 hours.
Haldiram Restaurant is the name that come to the mind of the foodaholic people of Nagpur when they talk about, famous Indian food. Haldiram was founded in 1941 by Ganga Bishan Agrawal, the company’s first manufacturing plant was started in Kolkata. Haldiram becomes India’s biggest Snack maker with a turnover of Rs. 4000 Crore. In Nagpur they opened the first restaurant which is on wheels. (Haldiram’s Express)
There is total 10 tables and each table can cover up 4 seats. At a time 40 customers can accommodate. They also offer the detectable North and south Indian Dishes. other Nagpur branches have self-service but here they are giving table service. The Haldiram Express has a stunning ambiance that makes us feel as though we are dining on board.
This restaurant offers pocket friendly and delicious food, in just Rs. 250/- for two people. Abhishek Brahmanker manager of Haldiram stated.
There’s a separate takeaway counter for all quick parcels that passengers can carry for their journey and besides that there is softy corner and the best part of the softy corner is their flavors keep changing day to day.
It was my first time in Nagpur and I tried Raj Kachori it was too delicious I haven’t tried anything like this before now I am leaving for Akola with a sweet box of orange burfi for my family members. (Janvi khatri customer)
